Hostal La Ronda | Quito
Termipisos being part of the restoration of the Historic Center in Quito, due to the characteristics of our system, it is completely invisible, thus creating comfort without being invasive in the spaces of historic places, such as this beautiful building.
Mansión Alcazar | Cuenca
The Hotel Mansión Alcazar, one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in Ecuador, is equipped with Termipisos floor and wall heating. Its non-invasive installation allowed to maintain the heritage of this mansion with great history located in the historic center of Cuenca.
Edificio Metrópolis | Quito
Termipisos collaborated with the Metrópolis Building project, located in the Monteserrín neighborhood in Quito, offering heating for floors and walls, providing greater warmth to its apartments.
Casa del Ciprés | Cuenca
The Casa del Ciprés, a building by the renowned architecture studio Surreal Estudio from Cuenca, was recognized with the first national award in Architectural Design at BAQ2018. Termipisos collaborated in this project by installing floor and wall heating in several of its apartments without compromising the architectural proposal of the building.
